My complaint:
For about 3yrs now I have complain about what’s going on in my apt to the landlord all he says is I will take care of it I call the office allll the time make complaints too but nothing at all is ever done, The problem starts when they bought the building started doing all the apts over frm 1bed rms they make it 2bed rms put the kitchen in the living rm which is above my living rm water comes down all the time the way he built the floors it very thin we can hear everything upstairs 3kids under the age of 7 a very large pit bull lives above me so it always lots of noise that is messing with my mental capacity I really can live like this anymore, I asked him to put carpet padding down he said he can’t do that no matter if he ask the tenants to not make much noise it won’t stop cause it all falls on the way the floor is built u can’t really stop kids frm beening kids I lived in this building for more than 20yrs this by far the worst it is. Plz I am asking if someone can help me plz I am so in need of help I can’t even sleep in my bed in the morning cause if the walk it’s like they’re walking in my apartment. Thk u ever so much if u can really help me.
Suggested solution:
For the landlord to put carpet down with padding I think that would help some what. I pay my rent on time every month never late so why I have to be a prisoner in my own apartment. Thk for your help again
