My complaint:
Account ref:3386525404. Since September 2017 date of signing up to offer, we have not received any shipment of ink cartridges after signing up to this “ so called great scheme “ Note ,Screenshot of account as per below . From September 2017-May 2020…I have paid around GBP72.00 , to yourselves and received no cartridges. I have on numerous occasions tried to interact with your Customer Service Team . To no avail ! I’m basically just paying for this scheme and receiving nothing?
When I have eventually received a response from you… it was… your printer is not online!!! .. It’s never been offline?
My child has attempted to print… and despite the account saying ink low … it will not print?
Suggested solution:
I expect
1. Reply. Considering I have numerously sent communications to no avail?
2. Ink shipment to be despatched ASAP, both colour and black.
3. Refund of all monies or a large reduction of cost , that I set up a direct debit in good faith.
I’ve tried over various platforms to rectify this situation and received no response.
I will have no option to go social media to air my opinions of this “ complete scam “
