Complaint: Horrible service keep getting automated responses with no effort to solve issue

My complaint:

I have been having issues speaking with support agent in regards to a refund I have had 2 refunds go directly back to my credit card without the option of wish dollars. Here is a screenshot of my last issue I did not receive the box for the flashlight I purchased. I am hoping to speak to a agent in regards to this issue. But in regards to this item I am writing about the facial extractor does not work and is made of cheap materials and the product did not work at all..

The item I purchased does not work properly it does not do what it says its supposed to do..

I’ve had a few issues with items. I have recieved refunds but have not been given the option to receive wish dollars. My original payment my Visa card has been cancelled so two items that I have recieved a refund for the cargo trunk organizer and the flashlight that I recieved without the case even though I paid for the option for the case.. both times now I have to had help without it feeling rushed. It seems wish agents send a refund fast but do not give any options to go about things another way. Wish dollars or a refund to my Mastercard would be a better option.
