My complaint:

Went into this store asking for a pedicure and SNS nails the guy told me $65 and to choose a color. I showed him the color for myself and my mother and he said someone else will take care of me and walked me over to the massage chair to start my pedi. I told the ladies what I was getting and what color and exactly what I wanted AND NOBODY COMMUNICATED TO TELL ME ANY CHANGES IN PRICING. After being there for THREE hours because it took so long- coming to the desk the guy charged us $80 EACH’!! I asked him why it’s so expensive and that the earlier guy said $65. The guy lied straight to our faces and asked how he said $65 when I’m getting a mani and pedi? I said I don’t know that’s what you said!!! The manager continue to question me- being rude and telling me he is going to call security if I don’t pay and call the police. He made a huge fuss embarrassing us in front of the whole story when it was THEIR FAULT FOR NOT COMMUNICATING prices to us !!! (This was our first time here). I said to them to check the cameras because that’s exactly what they said- they didn’t tell me how much extra for anything!!!! my partner decided to pay the whole thing because he didn’t want any fuss. But I want a full refund. The service was horrible the lady burnt my fingers twice and didn’t even apologise she was scoffing and getting irritated that my hands were sensitive.
