Complaint: Horrible Company. They kept my money $1000

My complaint:

I have been attempting to get my refund from these people for around 1 year, because the pandemic started and other countries shutting down entry. I didn’t cancel my flight, Delta canceled the flight. I contacted the Delta and I got the answer from Delta they refund all my money. But the agent Memphis from ASAP Ticket kept me $1800 from 6 tickets, he said to me I can use as credit Voucher for next flight. Now I decided to book a ticket again for all my family. The agent Memphis from ASAP Tickets tried to foolish me with tickets , one ticket now is around $850 he found a ticket for $1200 and he used my credit voucher and the ticket go down to $800. After 3 hours we discussed, he used only $800 instead of $1800 , he kept my money $1000 this is a steal. He is very rude. Stay away from this company.
