My complaint:

My sling service IS HORRIBLE!!!
picture freezes, picture goes black, goes back to Roku menu. I have to keep checking connection or rebooting the Sling Appt. It’s not my internet I have the highest speed with top of the line company. Example: I’m the only one using the internet on ONE TV, BUT THE PICTURE KEEPS GOING IN AND OUT OR FREEZES. Sling tv has no customer service dept that I can call. BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I BEEN BAD FROM THE FIRST DAY BUT WAS TOLERABLE BUT ITS WORSE 100% WORSE. THE ONLY WAY FOR ME TO GET RID OF SLING TV IS TO CANCEL MY BANKING INFORMATION. BAD SERVICE NO PHONE NUMBER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO HELP YOU!!!! THE PRICE IS GREAT BUT THE SERVICE IS AS BAD AS CABLE. LOVE THE PROGRAMING BUT WITH ALL THE FREEZING AND PICTURE GOING BLACK BEFORE U KNOW IT UR PROGRAM IS ALMOST OVER.

Suggested solution:

1. Get a live person to talk to about the situation. 2 fix the issues. 3. Fix ur companies policy on how to terminate your service I\'m tierd of fighting with ur service only to watch a bad picture
