My complaint:
We are senior citizens. They did not pick up the phone for booking.My wife went personally to order it. It was our marriage anniversary. The pitzza was simply maida bun, tomato sauce and some cut veggies. There was hardly any cheese on it. McDonalds spoiled our dinner.
Suggested solution:
This franchise of yours is a big cheat. He has done this many times before also and I did send feedback to you. Please change the manager there.
Our loss is invaluable. It is for you to see how to compensate us.
