My complaint:

It’s getting so bad over there. Although you do have some staff members to help they are being out numbered so it seems like some is giving up and letting those people run buck wild up in there. They always giving dirty looks as soon as you wake up from your sleep or even not sleeping. For no reason but there reason is because they are not sane. And we you ask them what’s wrong they act like they didn’t do it and say it’s ok. It’s not you. I already wrote serval complaints about those people and now there favorite thing to do is wait till you sleep to harass you. And make up lies and get even more upset. And they are bashing and will gang up on people as well as the animals our here. It is horrible whether your outside or inside. Even the police officers who work there are stopping help by joining them. This is really bad. Seems like some staff members are just giving up and turning a blinds eye. They do resolve some matters but you have to stay on it because this people go back to harassing you. Even some people that aren’t affiliated with them. Some businesses, hotels and tell you to look out for something that’s not even there. Or maybe it’s there to them and hadn’t made an appearance yet. You could be sitting calmly somewhere and they still give dirty looks. They do this to everyone. Downtown Austin just ain’t a good place to be right. Birds fly so close to your face and squirrels are attacking and may look like they will attack you as well. Something is in the air or something. Something has to be done.

Suggested solution:

Staff who continues to care and help. One heard one of them say that they don\'t care. People are going to end up in worse condition if we don\'t get the help we need. Im waiting on my apartment and have friends and family to help sometimes but they are going through difficult times there self. I step up to help myself but we need more people out there that care and want to fix the problem.
