My complaint:
I have had a member of staff from the juice bar downstairs buzzing my flat harassing me.
This place has no contact details where I can raise a complaint to. I wish for this to be anonymous as this effects my home and mental health.
I have looked at my position and have seen that this is not only a civil offence but a criminal offence too. I do not wish to have to police involved but I will if I have to.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have this member of staff out through the disciplinary action process however I don\'t think they have one.
I would be pleased to hear this member of staff had been let go.
