My complaint:
I bought a loreal bleach for my hair. I used it as I read in the instructions. Nthe bleach did not dye my hair at all. My hair looks exactly as it did before I bleached it. This was a waste of my valuable time and money. I usually love all of their products but this has been a terrible experience. I’ve got the hair damage and the fried hair from this bleach that I bought but did not get any results. Very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund or vouchour of the amount I paid for this.
