My complaint:

There is a charge that I took a screenshot of and then I went and typed in the website which doesn’t exist and it was $9 and some change that was just posted to my account and it’s in a pending status I keep attempting to pay my cell phone bill using my GreenDot card which I’ve used several times to pay my bill and it keeps getting declined and it’s not the merchant I can use it when I physically go into a store but it will not allow me to pay my metro bill whether I do it through a representative or otherwise and this is unacceptable the amount of money that I have on my card

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Find out and fix why I can't pay my bills with my card and I'm not canceling it waiting for another one to come because we've already been down that road twice.
