My complaint:

I contacted Greendot to unlock my account via greendotbank@cyberservices.com last week … although my account was unblocked, i am still not satisfied because they have delayed to get my check to me, i advise you guys should work on the speed of how you get my money to me Asap.

I advise they should act fast on solving check issues and getting money to their customers with 2-3 days.
