My complaint:

i sent a mail to greendot fast response customer care email with greendotbank@financier.com about my locked account.. they unblocked it after i provided the representative my verification document, but then my account is locked again after 2 months …please can someone tell me what documents i need to file a dispute to complete my new unlock?
