My complaint:

I am representing a company registered in the EU (Hungary). I have a GSuite subscription that works, I receive VAT invoices that comply with the EU regulations. I pay with a company credit card and I have a company email address connected with the subscription.

When I ordered a storage subscription termed G-One I was redirected to the G-Pay platform. At this platform I could not open a company profile just a personal profile. All my attempts to launch a company profile failed. I Have contacted G-Support and was sent back and forth but my problem was not solved for more than a month now.

Due to this bug in the GPay platform I receive INVOICES that do not comply with the EU-VAT rules and regulations, therfore I have issues in my financial book kepping. Major problems with the inoices I receive: (1) my VAT registration number is missing from the invoice, (2) A VAT is included although based on EU financial rules this should not be included in the service fee.

In the same time my GSuite subscription with the same email address and the same credit card does provide me invoices that follow the EU financial rules.

Desired solution:

G-Pay should allow to register a company profile.
