My complaint:

Dear sirma
Pls help me, I ordered a phone on AliExpress platform worth $161 which is a huge amount of money in my country on June 11th, the order came to me through my local post office on July but to my greatest surprise it was an earphone not a phone, so I reject the parcel immediately at the post office because I don’t want to sign received and the post office said they will return it to the sender, I opened dispute immediately but after some days the dispute was closed with every information concerning the order on my account and it was marked as completed, I contacted customer representative till date nothing has been done, pls help me get my money back the person I made the order for is threatening to get me arrested
