My complaint:
I was given £3 gift voucher and £1 credit voucher as they ran out of gift voucher in 2006. When wanted to use it, was refused. Suddenly they shut down in Bath and i have no recourse of getting my money back.
They should not have given me gift vouchercredit voucher if they are going to shut down and it would be useless. Please help me get my money back. thank you.
Suggested solution:
Refund of amount of £4 and any gesture of goodwill.
