My complaint:
i brought a tuna and sweetcorn panini which i was lookiing forward to when it arrived at my table it had cheese in aswell which i am allergic to and nothing was written on the menu. I took it ack to the member of staff who could not explain why this had happened which was very disappointing has i could of been really ill duue to this.
I was then offered a bacon sandwhich which iwas fine but when that arrived it was stone cold and the bread was stale
Suggested solution:
i would like the menu to detail every ingredient as this is health and saftey .
I would also like a voucher or money back as i was very disappointed in the way it was dealt with.
