My complaint:

Dear Sir , Madam
I start the new event yesterday with 22K
Soon I was almost on the middle of the event the game put me back almost on beginning on 250 spins , and I already spend 4k to go to that point …
So that’s the moment when I take screenshots, because I didn’t expect error to come
I already send email to Coinmaster support and after more than 24h no reply…nobody come to me and I lost all my spins , I lost 1 place on event and alll other rewards like bonus mania at he moment … not fair because already spend owner 1000£ on game , and this is not the way how you deal with costumers , because and if the day costumers are the main reason why Someone is in busyness….
I will make easy
Why is such a big difference between accounts of my friends and me ????
They take 10k at 3750 symbols
15K on 8000 symbols
25k on 8500 symbols
And me …. after game take 4-5k to go to some point of the game … put me from beginning and after for 10k asking me for 10 000 symbols
How ????
I will regard some screenshots… the one with 10000 are mine, and the rest from few of my friends
Please help me out and sort out this mess with technical time

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I just want my spins back , and I want to play the CM normal like all my friends ... i don’t want nothing from you except just justice , and to give me back what is mine and to play like the rest of them, not to be ask to do triple symbols ..
