Complaint: funds disappeared in a internal transfer

My complaint:

When transferring 15.000 usdt ! from my usdt wallet at Binance to my card wallet in Binance the amount never arrived and it also disappeared from the usdt.
Its a significant amount of money and after trying the whole day of yesterday i havent hear from any Binance agent or support member.
The transaction does show as done in the transaction history but the funds are anywhere. Im not happy with the way we are assisted. better said not supported. still waiting.

Basically answering my case and the many many cases there are waiting on queue for help. is not very reassuring.
