Problem description:
On April 26, 2017 After A Minor Car Accident My Vehicle (2011 Cadillac CTS, AWD 3.0 4 Door Sedan) Was Towed To Lynch (Manolis) Towing. I Explained To John In The Office At Lynch Towing That My Vehicle Was My Income As A Lyft Uber Driver. 10 Days Later On (May 5th Of 2017) I Received A Letter From John At Lynch Towing As A Bill For Tow Storage And Fees For $455! I Called Immediately Reaching John Who Threatened Me Stating That My Car Would Be Sold If I Didn’t Come To Retrieve It Soon. I Explained To John About My Situation But He Just Shrugged His Shoulders And Stated We Are Going To Sell It!” On June 26, 2017 I Received A Second Letter From John At Lynch Towing A Bill $2175! Then In August Of 2017 My Vehicle Was Listed In The Newspaper For Sale In My Name This Is An Act Of {FRAUD}! Due To My Vehicle Being Sold Without My Consent is (GRAND LARCENY)! John Also Stated That He Took My Plates Off My Vehicle Destroy Them And I Can’t Do About It. John Also Stated That I Should’ve Not Been Stupid And Came In To Pay The Tow!
