My complaint:
I have not received my order after 2 months, there are no people answering the customer service line, the email support just sends blank emails rather than addressing issues. I have requested a refund via email and wish support just sends blank emails as a response.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for my order that hasn’t arrived after 2 months and still shows that it is in China and won’t ship for another 2 months! This is FRAUD!
