My complaint:
I had purchased a plane ticket from Berlin on MyTrip. Since I wasn’t sure which airport to pick, I picked the option All airports in Berlin.
I found a flight I wanted and booked it.
On the day of my trip I realized that the airport on my booking did not exist anymore, so I drove to the only operating airport in the city where they told me that the plane number and time are correct but that the airport is wrong and so the ticket is not valid. They had sold me a false ticket with an airport that is not operating anymore! I had to buy a new ticket right at the airport.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back. It was a multi-stop flight and if I had not bought a new ticket from Berlin to Frankfurt I would have missed all my connections. Of course it was much more expensive to buy it at the airport. And I either want my money back for the whole trip I booked over MyTrip or I want to be compensated for the flight I had to buy at the airport.
