My complaint:
One of the passangers I put his mothers surname by accident I spoke to someone on the phone who told me if I took a photo of his passport and went in to some part of there website. To cut along story and couldn’t do it so I then had a live chat and asked them how to do it. They then informed me that the person I spoke to had made a mistake and I have to pay to change the name it’s a disgrace I would agree if the full name was wrong but it’s a genuine mistake which can be proved with the passport
Suggested solution:
That I can just change the surname to the correct one
