My complaint:

I bought a new Doogee S60 about a year ago and now ,my phone is not up to standards as I mean finding it hard to charge, inbuilt system specs called DURASPEED keeps stopping WiFi keeps turning on ,Ive gone to settings and checked them so that these things are not meant to be happening
I’ve tried to contact Doogee directly with all my concerns but am unable to get in contact with anyone at all
Phone switches it’s self off quite regularly and now I’m really disappointed with this phone as I spent over $500 dollars for it ,I really like the fact that the ruggered and water proof features are great for my business but I need a reliable phone that works all the time
Even my speakers don’t work properly only the right side one works and again Ive been to settings and adjusted everything so this should not be doing what it’s doing and I’m just annoyed with this phone as it cost me a lot and it really needs update to android 8.0
Maybe that might fix these bug issues but whats most annoying is that no One is contactable on this matter
So that’s why I’ve sent you this concern as I bought it through your app
