My complaint:

Brought some curtains from chiltern mills for £79.99
When I got them home the hem was undone
I rang the store asking how I returned faulty item
And was told to return to store for a refund when I approached the store the store assistant had a look and I was told they would fetch the manager
When the manager approached she looked and I was told they were not faulty they just needed a stitch put in and wouldn’t offer a refund
But to me they are faulty am I right or wrong
