My complaint:

Purchased gift card for everything Apple on April19,2021. When scanned card for use received message had been redeemed. Called Apple ed redeemed, but not to the account I provided. Per Family Dollar no refunds of exchanges without corporate approval. Filed complaint online with Customer Care Family Dollar, response 5 days later to call the customer care number 866-377-6420. Currently awaiting callback from district manager Courtney Mitchell and or regional manager Michael Harder 3 weeks later. The cashier, who. Remained on a personal call during our transaction was unable to scan the card and manually enter to complete the sale ( human error may be the reason I am out of $60). Family Dollar is stating Apple is responsible for replacing and Apple is stating Family Dollar is responsible. I have purchased a product and didn’t get what I paid filed incident number 7101242
