My complaint:
Listed on website on June 18 and June 19, 0% available for used vehicles. I spoke to Gabby twice and she ed the 0% was in fact accurate. I spoke to her again to make appointment to come in and see vehicle on June 19 and she said she spoke to her manager and not sure why it was on the website. It ended.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
Suggested solution:
They should honor the advertisement of 0% for used vehicles.
