My complaint:
I bought a Sears Kenmore central air conditioner last spring, 2018. We used it for four months, then turned it off when the hot season cooled. When we turned the unit on this spring, it didn’t work. three checkups from three different companies showed the ac unit is empty of freon. The third party installer won’t fill it without Sears saying they will pay for it. Sears doesn’t want to pay for the freon either. I have documented every phone call since April 29, 2019. We also found out that this is not a Kenmore air conditioner. It is a third party unit not made by Sears!1
Suggested solution:
The best solution for us is to replace the fake ac unit that was installed on April 26, 2018 with a real Sears Kenmore central air conditioner worth the $6194.36 that we paid them.
