Complaint: Failed payment despite the payment deducted from bank

My complaint:

I ordered pizzas from Domino’s amounting to rs 424 subsequently when I paid for them the respective amount got deducted from my bank account but the showed failed in your portal
No order has been taken by Domino’s despite the fact that my amount got debited with respective amount
I immediately called my bank helpline . They told me that your money has been deducted from your account number and suggested me to call dominos to resolve the matter
Kindly look up to this issue as I am a regular constumer of yours

Suggested solution:

Kindly credit my bank account with respective amount ie rs 424 as No order is been accepted from your end despite the fact that the amount got debited from my bank account number
