My complaint:
I am staying at a in town suite now for 4 days of a 13 day stay. I ask for none smoking but my room is consumed with cigarette smoke. I my neighbor smoke alarm went off n I complain about the smell of cigarette smoke in my room. Management have not paid me any mind. They just ignored me. I am at In town Suite 3000 Highway 6 in Houston TX. My neighbor was smoking inside and outside his room only 5 feet away from my door.
Suggested solution:
A nonsmoking room in a non smoking area of the extended stay.
