Evri complaint: Nothing works with EVRI

My complaint:

An absolute nightmare to deal with this guys, there is no way to get in touch with a real person, theirs customer service is nonexistent, they lost/stolen my parcel and is no way to find and answer from them…there is an open enquiry in to my matter where i should be contacted by them in next 24hours, has been pass 3 days since and absolutely nothing, you speak only with robots by chat or by phone, I’m disgusted by the way they dealing with complaints…i made a complaint to the sender as well about them! Avoid them if you have a choice!!

By contacting me by phone or via email or to give me a chance to talk to a real person...
