My complaint:

On 16th August the event restarted resulting in my progress being lost. The stage I was at would have won me 7000 spins. I contacted customer support and provided screenshots as evidence. I have attempted on a weekly basis to contact customer support about this issue, I have received 3 responses that the issue has been referred to technical support but no action is taken at all and the ticket is marked as resolved. The issue has not been resolved and I have had no response or explanation

I would like to receive the 7000 spins I would have achieved had the event not restarted and due to the amount of time this is taking and lack of response I also feel I should receive compensation in spins or coins
