My complaint:
At 18.46pm on 01032022, I was driving with my wife on Northern avenue ( A4054 ) this being in Cardiff. The driver comes right up against my car I was going to mount the grass verge to my left, he continued to drive on the outside lane overtaking cars then pulling his vehicle back into the left lane we are only taking no more than 200 yards for him to exit his way to the M4 Motorway. what an erratic driver, Registration number is CN17 KVJ.
Suggested solution:
Discipline the driver, also send him on an advanced driving course, also a health safety course
