My complaint:
Hello. As someone who works with the public I want you to be aware of how disgraceful your Domino’s employees treated my family. We tried over and over to put an order in with this franchise. The first 5 times we called we figured it was just busy. However, upon hearing laughter when they would immediately put us on hold and never pick up I was beyond disappointed. The location is West Genesee street, Syracuse, NY. If you have trained your employees that it is okay to laugh while they keep a family on hold then please disregard this complaint. I am not looking for any compensation I nor will I accept. I feel you should be aware of a few individuals having fun at my family’s expense. I would appreciate a response and like to know what corrections will be put in place at this franchise. This is completely unacceptable. I have children crying because of your employees having a good time at our expense.
Suggested solution:
I would like a response to my horrible customer service. I do NOT want anything free. Please ensure this does not happen to another family.
