My complaint:
The manager Steve hired me part-time and is only trying to give me one day only four hours of work after we made and arranged my part-time schedule. We both agreed on the days I could work. He wouldn’t even get me trained for Cashier like the other new employees who’ve told me they have no experience in cashier like myself. He then started calling only Mondays to unload the truck and we agreed Mondays Mornings I could not work because I have no child care but I could do afternoons. Steve for two weeks has not given me a call or terminated me he just stated over the phone on 10282020 basically I have no job because I can’t do Mondays only. He also was very unprofessional lacked communication.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get paid for the hours he lacked to give me when im terminated which im still employed or given those hours to work.
