My complaint:

I was in line another employee starts coaching the employee that was ringing my order up to about a mistake. He was loud and unprofessional. The employee didn’t even get a chance to tell me my total because he was still getting on to her about her mistake she’d made. Even after numerous apologies and taking responsibility for her actions, the other employee continues to get on to her. I take my bags to the car and can still see hand movements from the employee still getting on to her. So I went back into the store and advised the employee that it was unprofessional to talk to her like that in front of customers and that I understood she made an error. I told him he could have pulled her to the side to correct her. He then claimed that he has no time to do that. I called bs and walked out .

Suggested solution:

Fire the employee for making customers feel uncomfortable and the possibility of bullying co-workers( definitely can't be his first time )
