My complaint:
went to the local Muncy creek Blvd. PA taco bell on Saturday 61822 @ 4:31, this place is notorious for messing up drive thru orders, so I went over order with employee at drive thru, still left out food – a cinnamon twist and when called store , spoke to mgr and she said I could come back and she would give me an extra one – not with these gas prices !!!
Suggested solution:
You are not concerned with making sure an order is made right OR with giving the customer the correct amount of food they paid for. This has happened multiple times at the same location. Refund or gift card for my troubles to use at another location - we won't go back to this location !
