I bought a return ticket for my girldfriend from Almaty to Tokyo, with transfer in Seoul Incheon.
The booking was confrimed and payment received. The ticket reference number is 10677494955, airline booking ref. KRSZI5
I adjusted the return date and paid for the change and received ation and flight ticket (attached). Also the voice robot ed me that the ticket is ed.
However, during the transfer in Incheon, we were told by representative of Air Asiana, that the connecting flight is not available, because of some misbooking on the side of agency. They asked us to contact eDreams.
I contacted eDreams customer support. The agency refused to help solve the problem. The customer support kept telling me, that I need to contact the Airline instead because the Airline made some changes. At the same time, my girlfriend was at the airline office, and many times they ed that mistake is on the side of eDreams and they are the one´s to solve the problem.
I asked the eDreams agent for a telephone contact which the Airline could call to solve the issue, as the airline representative offered. Unfortunately, e-Dreams kept sending me number for voice robot service, despite being repeatedly asked to give me an emergency direct line for someone who could solve it. The airline was not able to reach the agency either. After some urgencies I was given another number, which did not even work.
In the end, my girlfriend bought a new ticket for herself for the connecting flight directly from the airline in order to prevent missing the plane. (I was trying to ask eDreams for assistance for almost an hour).
Now I only asked eDreams to compensate for the ticket I need to buy extra, because I bought the ticket from them, received ation but did not receive the service! They refuse to bear responsiblity and constantly send me to talk to travel agency. Travel agency, insists the mess is on eDreams side.
I want a compensation for the extra ticket I have bought (Seoul to Tokyo).
