My cell phone provider is Koodo. In Oct., 2018 I upgraded my cell phone to an IPhone 7. This was done at Best Buy in Oshawa, ON, Canada.
I don’t have a problem with the phone. I don’t understand why you would provide ear buds with this phone when it is strictly wireless as there is no spot on the phone to plug in ear buds???? That is so so wrong and unacceptable. I will never again use and IPhone. I was so upset, the ear buds is definately false advertising. So you want me to purchase the phone, AND THEN purchase wireless ear buds. Why would you do this?

I believe you should provide me with the wirelss ear buds!!!!!!! Customer service as far as I am concerned.
