My complaint:
We stayed in Tanglewood cabins near Helen Ga the cabin is called Hawks Bluff, we were charged a $50 cleaning fee but yet behind the bed was dead bugs and dust an inch thick, I do have pictures and showed the cabin managing office but was not even offered the $50 back.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be refunded at least the cleaning fee if not more.
