My complaint:
Tried calling SWOOP for 3 days as I was laid off and have a cough. Sat on hold for hours finally today March 22 ( flight booked fpr 1015pm tonight) finally got through to where a SWOOP EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO REIMBURSE $140 BECAUSE I DIDNT CALL IN TIME, I EVEN TOLD (SWOOP EMPLOYEE) that i have a COUGH TO WHICH SHE ENCOURAGED ME TO GO TO AIRPORT AND THEY WILL TEST ME THERE. WHO THE ENCOURAGES A PERSON WITH A COUGH TO TRAVEL….OH YA SWOOP

Give me back my money i am in process of reaching the MEDIA AND MY LOCAL MP TO BLAST THIS OCCURANCE TO THE PUBLIC
