My complaint:

I purchased some goods a while ago. This was my first use of the website. Wish collected TL 177.48 fro my credit card. This sum included the god price plus delivery. Today the first good arrived and we had to pay the delivery man TL 17 for the delivery (the amount I paid to wish for the delivery of this good was already TL 17.12.) -not to mention the bad quality of the mask. So in brief, I had to make the delivery payment twice: one to wish, then to the delivery of man.

Now, first suggestion please take your cutomers' complaints seriously cause I received no plausible response to my question on the issue. Second, please improve your systems artificial intelligence in different languages like Turkish; it is lacking vocabulary efficiency. Last, I always saw your ads, liked your items and at last decided to try your webstore. But I am very much disappointed by your mistake and the response following that mistake. İnc any country be it the us Or turkey, double payment amounts to illegal transaction. Please prove your good faith in trade by reimbursing the double collected amount. Plus I am hereby asking for total give back of my money if the same mistake happens again. I hereby reserve my right to resort to legal ways of any kind under the us EU and Turkish law.
