Dunkin Donuts complaint: WRONG ORDER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My complaint:

I ordered a large Macchiatto with caramel swirl (hot) and a glazed donut and a vanilla cream. I picked up the food thru the driver thru and she is in a hurry to get me to move. I checked the bag with the donuts. The donuts were not what I ordered. I advised her that she has the wrong order. She comes back telling me that they do not have my donuts that I ordered. She tries to give me two long johns. I advised that is not what i wanted. She then leaves and comes back with two glazed donuts. I asked for my money back and she refused. My HOT macchiato was cold!

Suggested solution:

I would like my $10 back for not getting what I ordered. If that employee doesn't like her job she needs to get a new one where she doesn't deal with customer service.
