My complaint:

I use the app to order. I do NOT wear a mask FOR MEDICAL REASONS!!!!!! The app said my family’s food was ready. I went inside and they attempted to make me wear a mask. I declined. I did not get to explain why. I requested to pick up my pizza that the app said was ready or they could refuse and give me a refund. She asked my name and after a couple seconds on the registercomputer she stated the money would be back in my account in 3-5 business days. I said why couldn’t I just get my food and leave. She stated that I requested a refund. I then stated that she probably couldn’t hear me due to the level of noise (machinery, workers, and steadily rising phone) I requested my family’s food or a refund. She then stated I could pay for the pizzas again. I stated I would grab my debit card from my vehicle. As I was walking back up, I saw the pizzas being walked toward the back and one of the drivers then stated it was refunded. I then stated that she had told me I could get my card and pay for the pizzas. He then stated she said it wasn’t ready. I had just been told the food was ready. If your company doesn’t want to serve people because they can’t medically wear a mask that is ridiculous.
