My complaint:
On May 20th 2019 me and my husband enter the dollar general at 5518 w chicago ave.(chicago central) to purchased 1 single item which was some scotch tape, upon entering the store at around 11:25am we ask the young ladywhat isle is the tape in. She told us in isle 4 so my husband proceded to isle 4 to look for the item i myself went into another isle to look for what i wanted then i hear the lady and my husband exchanging words he told her that he found the item and thank you, the young lady short darkskin hair was straight down shoulder length walk up on my husband and countinue to constantly say im help you im help you so my husband said mama u think im trying to steal something i dont steal. so i told her as much money i spend in here i was just in the store last week standing in line a person ran out and stole a whole basket full of stuff. then she said u all can leave so i put down what i had and my husband put the tape down she was so rude i will never ever step foot back in that dollar general. manger there in the morning i walks in never speak or address the customers just so unprofessional.i called corporate this morning waiting on mr.gary to respond to my complaint filing.she needs to have moree training.
