My complaint:

I was neglected for about a week before I was rightly admitted to the medical ward, where I eventually finally got scans and more help than before. I was put in the CCU unit for 2 nights for Sciatica, they planned on sending me home, bent over a walking frame, said that I’d be fine and eventually get better. I had enough of their snide remarks, rudeness, sick of being made fun of, all because it was just sciatica etc so yes I left before they kicked me out, however, each day after I returned, I wasn’t alright at all, but to my horror, I was sent home each time, told to have Nurofen and Panadol, heat and cold packs to be used. It would have taken one scan from the beginning! A week of this and towards the end, they found out I had a buldged disc and was to have it removed and flew me straight down to the Royal women’s and children’s Hospital Brisbane, finally getting rid of me. These unprofessional disgusting rude mean people think they are Gods. They need a wake up call, need to return to uni, need to grow a heart, and start being professional and start caring! It’s left me angry, hurt, prolonged my recovery, I have anxiety and depression now, I’d rather die than return to the horrid hospital. Something needs to be done, changed, sorted and all that.

Suggested solution:

Fire staff. Grow hearts. Go back to uni. Too late for an apology. Don\'t allow it happen to others. Compensate.
