My complaint:
My father died 15 days ago and as apart of getting his affairs in order my siblings and I had his lights and water services disconnected. His girlfriend went into the office and had the lights reconnected with a copy of my father’s will. The will has not yet gone in front of a probate judge and none of the beneficiaries have been contacted. I am the head executor of the house in which the lights were reconnected and when I called the office Jackie Jones answered and I feel that she was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. She told me to have my lawyer call her lawyer. I have no other issues with Sleca as a company but I am wondering if it is common practice to use a will as means to connect light services if in fact the Will has not been through the proper legal channels. I appreciate your consideration on this matter. Theresa Poole.
Suggested solution:
First and foremost I would like energy services shut off at the property until the issue of my father\'s Will is properly resolved. In addition to energy service being shut off, I would also like for certain employees to be more understanding when handling matters of sensitive nature such as this one.
