My order took 9 weeks to deliver, nowhere in the ordering information was this timeframe disclosed not was I updated at any point re delivery.
When received, the item was too small and defective. Per the website return policy I emailed email@example.com, within 7 days of receipt requesting return information.
A standard email reply told me to sign on to the website and use the return icon next to my order. I did this only to find that there is no such icon.
All subsequent emails and FB messages were ignored.
By any definition this is dishonest business practise.
Return item and received the refund promised when ordered and on the website.
