My complaint:
My name is nastase dan alexandru,i work as a carer at blakehill healthcare limited.I am smoker,as wellas the other five people in this company.I was the only sanctioned,suspended because i smoke.That is the oficial raison.I have two statements from collegues who are smokers who have not been warbed or suspended.The real raison is that my colleque has been sexually abused by another colleque.I have been making conplaints to the police and the company.
Suggested solution:
I have two statements from those who smoke,no obe has been suspended,warned,except myself.I think it is discrimibation.
