Complaint: won’t let me pay my bills

My complaint:

Direct express, which I never wanted in the first place, refuses to allow
me to pay my bills through paypal.
I’m sick of having most of my money go on this card and not being able to use it as I please.
I need to find out how I can get SSI to stop using this card for my payments and to deposit them directly in my bank account, which was being done before. I called dir exp to try to get it stopped, but they don’ t know how, and last I checked, SSI said I have to go through them.

Suggested solution:

Let me know when I can start using paypal again to pay my bills. Then, tell me what I must do to get my money deposited where I want it to go.
